Autumn arrives in the morning!
With all of the cool weather we've been experiencing lately, it feels like Fall has already arrived. However, astronimcally speaking, Autumn arrives tomorrow morning.
It is on the equinox that the Sun's most direct rays fall on the equator. This translates to nearly equal parts day and night when it comes to daylight.
Of course these September days will seem long compared to what will occur in a month or two as the sun continues it's track south of the equator.
Here's a good little article if you would like more information on the equinox.
In the meantime, enjoy your first weekend of fall. It looks like a dandy!
