Storms diminishing some. Heavy rains continue.
Heavy rains and storms continue across the metro area. However, the severe threat is diminishing.
A line of storms oriented northeast to southwest across the area from near New Castle through E-town and down through Leitchfield continues to progress to the east with a large area of stratiform rains behind it.
Currently, all warnings have expired. However, a Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 2 am.
