Tornado Watch Cancelled!

The Tornado Watch that was issued for our southeastern counties has been cancelled.  Further east and south, the watch continues until 11 pm ET.

Watch

Although we are still tracking numerous showers across the region, the heavier storms have made an exit off to the east where the severe threat continues.

We are still tracking a few heavier downpours though across parts of Green, Taylor and Marion Counties.

Scattered showers are still doting the landscape across the metro as well.  However, the risk of any severe weather at this point is negligible.

With the loss of daytime heating, these showers too will continue to diminish this evening.

However, we could see another round on your Labor Day.  Join me for the latest on what to expect on WDRB News at 10.
