Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for Louisville!

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for a storm capable of producing hail to the sized of half dollars.  The city of Louisville is included in this warning.

  SOUTH CENTRAL CLARK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA...
  SOUTHEASTERN FLOYD COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA...
  NORTHERN JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 310 PM EDT

* AT 246 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  JEFFERSONVILLE...AND MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.

  HAZARD...HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS.

  IMPACT...DAMAGE TO VEHICLES IS EXPECTED.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ST. MATTHEWS...PROSPECT...LYNDON...JEFFERSONTOWN...ANCHORAGE...
  MIDDLETOWN...OAK PARK...LOUISVILLE BOWMAN FIELD AND UTICA.

My dad said they were having quarter size hail in jeffersonville Indiana

I live in Leavenworth, IN and we never got a drop. Heard thunder in the distance and the temperature dropped but that was the extent of it here.
