Rain So Far & What's To Come

From Jude Redfield...

The rain/storm show started yesterday (for some). By looking at the radar estimates in the last 24 hours it's obvious we have some work to do. We will absolutely add on to this map in the coming days. The frustrating aspect in this summer-like pattern is we don't know exactly what areas get hit later today, tonight, tomorrow etc...

Stormview

This is a true feast or famine set up. BIG rain will occur with some of these strong storms. Proof in the pudding below.

Snow Reports

These pulse style storms can quickly develop. Since we don't have strong wind/jet stream influence these storms typically fall apart after raining itself out. Some storms will be strong, but the lack of wind energy keeps our risk for severe weather at a minimum. Sometimes as the storm collapses it can produce localized downburst wind damage. This is a situation to monitor, but widespread severe weather isn't likely anytime soon.

Temps

The primary storm hazards through Friday will be blinding downpours and frequent lightning -Jude Redfield-
